Looking east on the north Glen Shiel ridge not far from Sgurr nan Spainteach (behind me in this pic). The peaks in shadow are Saileag and the ridge leading up to Sgurr a' Bhealaich Dheirg (in the distance). For info I reached this point having walked up Gleann Lichd from Morvich to Glenlicht House (a private bothy), then striking up towards Bealach na Lapain. The views and scenery were, as always, fabulous but I wouldn't recommend this route to anyone. It made for a good 'circular' but was also a really long hot slog! 3.5hrs from Morvich to ridge crest.
