The Forcan Ridge and The Saddle, Glenshiel
This is the famous Forcan Ridge taken from the summit of Faochag. It was a dark and gloomy day.

Sgurr na Sgine (945m) - No.15
Cheerful summit smiles before the steep walk back to the car down the NE ridge by way of my favourite feature of the hill: the aptly named sub-summit Faochag (The Whelk) clinging determinedly to the side of its Munro parent. On the way down a look up the Glen revealed a wall of rain advancing down the valley - and what had seemed like a great day for shorts ended very damp!!
