OS Map of Diollaid Bheag

K1 No. 62005.
K1 No.62005 hauls The Jacobite round the curve at the eastern end of Loch Eilt. Nearby is the Essan Bothy and on the right are the remains of sheepfolds. The horseshoe shape of the land just in front of the bridge is where the Allt Easain and the Allt na Diollaid burns meet. They used to flow into Loch Eilt separately but when the railway was built their courses were altered so that only one bridge would be needed.

This is OS mapping. In some areas, OpenStreetMap shows more footpaths
Spatial NI has online OSNI mapping. Click "Basemap Gallery" (4 squares icon at the top).
Now would be a good time for a cup of tea.

The other photos have been geo-tagged as on or around the summit. For less busy mountains, it can be a little hit and miss.

- Data: Database of British and Irish Hills v18.2
- Maps: We use OS mapping for England, Scotland, Wales, and the Isle of Man. Sadly, Channel Islands, Northern (OSNI) and Southern Ireland (OSI) mapping isn't available online, so we use Openstreetmap.
