Winding Up
We passed this rather colourful spot on our descent to Kinloch Hourn but with nowhere to stop had to wait until the return to capture it. The moss on the wall and roadside rocks was so thick and verdant it made for a fantastic colour contrast with the autumn trees and fallen leaves. The road could do with a bit of TLC though and this was by no means the worst part!

Kinloch Hourn on the west coast of Scotland. A truly remote and amazing place, especially when the day dawns like this.
