Road to the Past
Delavine Bridge, Corgarff - 1753. The three bridges over Tornahaish, Delavine and Allt Damh burns were built by Major William Caulfield after the defeat of the Jacobite rebellion at Culloden in 1746. The roads on which the bridges were part was an extension of the Military Road network created by Field Marshall George Wade.
