The other photos have been geo-tagged as on or around the summit. For less busy mountains, it can be a little hit and miss.

Abandoned farmstead in Cairngorms National Park, Scotland (3 of 3)
Cairngorms National Park is in north east Scotland. Established in 2003, it was the second of two national parks established by the Scottish Parliament. The park covers the Cairngorms range of mountains and the surrounding hills. Cairngorms is the largest national park in the British Isles but is more equivalent to how the BLM lands function in the U.S. I do not know if there was any attempt to purchase private property for inclusion in the park, but in some areas farms seem to have disappeared. There are about 18,000 people who still live within park boundaries, mostly in towns and villages.

- Data: Database of British and Irish Hills v18.2
- Maps: We use OS mapping for England, Scotland, Wales, and the Isle of Man. Sadly, Channel Islands, Northern (OSNI) and Southern Ireland (OSI) mapping isn't available online, so we use Openstreetmap.
