Marker Cairn
I'm almost through the high pass now, joining Glen Lui to Glen Dee and the Lairig Ghru. The dramatic Devil's Point, at the base of which is my destination for today, the Corrour Bothy, now hoves into view as I round the corner. At a height of 1004 meters (3293 feet) it's not particularly high, but it is certain one of the more imposing of the Munro's.

Return to Glen Lui
The air in the Lairig Ghru must have been rarefied indeed, because as I descended the gentle slope back to Glen Lui scents of pine trees and other spring blooms filled by nose, where I'd not smelled them before. Such a beautiful natural scent.

Moment of Clarity
A Lochan at the foot of Sgor Mor in the Scottish highlands presents a perfect reflection of The Devils Peak. Not a bad view while I was having lunch, total peace and complete quiet ..

The other photos have been geo-tagged as on or around the summit. For less busy mountains, it can be a little hit and miss.

Moment of Peace
The Scottish Mountain Beinn Bhrotain reflected in the still waters of a Lochan at the foot of Sgor Mor. Another view I had while having my lunch in the peace and quiet.
