OS Map of Beinn Eagagach

Beinn Eagagach and a few UFOs
Beinn Eagagach with Farragon Hill to the left and Schiehallion to the right. Nice top but the midges were out in force today :-( Bit surprised to see that many on the top and they were in a biting mood. We sat on a rock, face on to the wind for our lunch. This kept us safe from the midges as they don't fly in wind greater than 6 mph (it was a tad more than that). Didn't stop a million other flying things bugging us but least they didn't bite.

The view from today's cup of tea stop
Funny day weather wise. It turned out OK in the end. Nice walk up Beinn Eagagach then back to Pitlochry in time for coffee and cake :-)

Spatial NI has online OSNI mapping. Click "Basemap Gallery" (4 squares icon at the top).
Now would be a good time for a cup of tea.
