Lochtreighead
This area looks more attractive when Loch Treig is full of water. Then the two heather covered areas on the right are islands. The road on the left ends at a bridge over the Abhainn Rath just left of the trees at Creaguaineach Lodge. From there a path to Glen Nevis follows the river to the West out of the top left end of the photo. Another path goes to the right and up into the Lairig Leacach.

Lochtreighead And Creaguaineach Lodge.
When the level of water in the loch is high, the area in the foreground is under water. The hill behind the house is Creag Ghuanach, a "Graham". The walking/cycling route to Glen Nevis and Fort William follows the river off the top left corner of the photo. On the right is the Lairig Leacach route to Spean Bridge.
