The top of the Corrieyairack Pass
General Wades military road between Fort Augustus and Laggan trough the Corrieyairack Pass. A fantastic mountainbiking experience.

The road to nowhere
Once we had waded through 10cm or so of snow to reach the top of the Corrieyairack pass, we decide to take the new road down. Turns out, just over that dip, the road ends and we had to cycle back up and make our way across to the actual path (that snowy bit of the left of photo). Excuse the finger in the bottom right, the GoPro is really wide angle and has no view finder, so I'm still getting used to shooting hand-held stills.

This is OS mapping. In some areas, OpenStreetMap shows more footpaths
Spatial NI has online OSNI mapping. Click "Basemap Gallery" (4 squares icon at the top).
Now would be a good time for a cup of tea.

The other photos have been geo-tagged as on or around the summit. For less busy mountains, it can be a little hit and miss.

- Data: Database of British and Irish Hills v18.2
- Maps: We use OS mapping for England, Scotland, Wales, and the Isle of Man. Sadly, Channel Islands, Northern (OSNI) and Southern Ireland (OSI) mapping isn't available online, so we use Openstreetmap.
