Bit cold but OK tucked up in my sleeping bag. Wind was less than forecast which was good. Temp dropped to 4 overnight.

Sunrise at our bivi spot
Saturday morning on Carn Tiekeiver. I always wake up early on a bivi, unlike Mrs Spaceways who can sleep forever. It started getting light at 3am. Chilly but OK tucked up in my sleeping bag. Just wonderful to lie there, watching the sky slowly lighten and then the sun rise at 4.30am. We got up, had coffee and breakfast. Very sleepy. I like this time of day on a hill. Started heading back at 7am after 10 lovely hours spent on the top. A proper magic adventure.

Lochbuilg Lodge
Evening sunlight on the ruins of Lochbuilg Lodge. An old shooting lodge with Loch Builg just beyond. We sat and had our tea here surrounded by heather hills.
