Perched rather precariously on the top of some cliffs these purple flowers put on a spectacular display overlooking the salt marsh and sea. Taken during the summer of 2023

Lake District Road Trip
Went to the Lake District with my friend Sharon (she by bike, while I was following her in the Chevy). The long-distance ride to and from was cruel, both on the bike and in the Chevy, but the views made up for all of that!!!! Splendid few days in one of the most beautiful parts of the UK. I drove 2240 kms (1400 mls) this trip. Sharon overlooking the beach/tidal area of Humprey's Head. A nice and quiet place in the south of the Lake District.
