OS Map of Beinn nan Lus

The remote Graham of Beinn nan Lus: looking south west from the summit plateau towards the Ben Cruachan group of Munros
Although considered a remote mountain by virtue of its distance from any public road, there is little feeling of remoteness to Beinn nan Lus as there is with An Cruachan or An Stac, especially with ongoing construction work on a number of in-river hydro schemes along the way. It is however a grand viewpoint and worthy of an overnight wild camp at Ardmaddy rather than to rush to squeeze it into a long day. This summit picture was taken around 7pm after a long day's cycling and walking in (for Scotland) extreme heat, so there was no chance of getting back to the car before dark.
