Road To Loch Tarsan
I've been meaning to do this shot for a while, on the dramatic road between Clachaig and Loch Tarsan. It was a spur of the moment decision to take the shot and it wasn't an ideal time to do it (zero degrees and bright moonlight) but sometimes you have to go with the flow.

End of the battle .
The trees lost and the loggers won . reminding me of The romans invading and slaughtering every one and the juxtaposition of the power lines that were once trees and the vanquished being crucified all along the Apian way .

Passing Place
It took me a couple of weeks after having the idea for this shot to plan it all out but I got there eventually. Loads of midge bites and a broken flash (note to self: I *really* need to start using sandbags!) .... but lots of fun!
