Strathpeffer Touchstone Labyrinth, Ross-shire, Scotland
A grand walk from Strathpeffer up and over the “Cat’s Back” towards Knockfarrel hill fort. On the descent you encounter the Maze. The Touchstone Maze (comprising 81 boulders) was designed using rocks donated by various quarries in Scotland. Apparently it is a labyrinth rather than a maze because there's a single path through it and no dead ends making it impossible to get lost! © All rights reserved
